Ordering from us is an easy process; the steps are detailed below:

1) Send an e-mail to "gtgamersunion@gmail.com" with the subject "Tau Online Orders"

In the e-mail list the items that you want, giving as much information as possible. Here is an example that you can simply type into the e-mail (or pasting excel grids is acceptable too). Please note that you didn't have to give the item code, it's only optional.

2) We will return your e-mailed order with a detailed "verified PayPal invoice". The invoice will reflect the huge savings on all your items. You then have the option to pay with PayPal funds or use any credit card.

Why is there no cart system/website?

Because cart systems and websites are for browsing shoppers, or people who need a picture and a name to find what they want, for example; if your Aunt bought you something for your birthday. We do think your Aunt is great, however the union purchasing program is primarily dedicated to people who are enthusiast for the hobby - like the people of TauOnline.org, thus almost everybody knows what they want. With that
said, we are still here to help anybody who needs it.... And yes, we will even help your Aunt find that gift too! Just email us for help gtgamersunion@gmail.com (plus not building a cart system leaves us more time to fool around on the forums!)

What if I live outside the conus 48?

If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or any international address, we can still ship your goods, and we will do so with the most efficient and cost effective means. Typically we use USPS priority or express with tracking.

What if I don't have/use PayPal?

That's fine! You can still use your credit card through our verified and secure invoice payment system.
