Well this guy is my head piece for my Stealth army, yep; I'm working on a whole Stealth army. So I wanted a theme or a feel to them, so I started with the commander.

I drilled and replaced the head for a flesh head as that's what all sergeants and commanders have in the 40K world (An exposed head.)

I added the shield both for rank and to show his shield generator save, and then I cut off the burst cannon and mounted a plasma cannon. I then went into adding wings to make him holy or noble as a commander.

I painted him in a desert/urban theme that would work in most occasions or would really stand out if on green grass.
