This took me three tries to make. I made the first one based off of the fact that others have made this in the past and so I have put the flamer on one side and the flame box on the other side where the pulse carbines would normally go.
But I wanted to go one step further so I made a new version much like my Crayfish design with the flamer on top and the carbines under so it's an improved gun drone.
I posted it and with great feedback from Tau Online I was given the inspiration and feedback to put the flamer underneath the gun drone, between the pulse carbines; so I did! And so in three steps the Flamer Gun Drone was invented.
It's also easy to make: Just cut a piece of sprue and mount it under the rear jets facing forward, mount the flamer off this. The flamer fuel box is cut off and mounted onto the sprue arm. A little cutting and trimming and you've done it.
