The Brrean Plateux

Deamon prince Grasnick looked out over the seemingly endless desert. Any other of his minions would have said that it was empty, but Grasnick knew what lied out there. With his warp-enhanced sight, he could see the futile walls of the imperial outpost and the mortal slaves working in vain to strengthen those walls. Grasnick found the Commissar's useless attempts to raise morale quite amusing to him. Grasnick turned around and said to Lucian, his champion of Tzeench, "Have the other sorcerersssss under your command sssstrike down the mortalssss wallssss with their blessssed powersssss. The mortalssss think that they are ssssafe behind their puny fortresssss. Tear down itssss wallsssss, and they shall be crushed."

"Yes, master," Lucian replied. "They shall be crushed indeed."

The Imperial Outpost , in the Brrean desert

Regimental Commissar Jaxon Gaiver shouted to the Colonel of the 453rd Cadian regiment "Colonel! Your men require discipline! They refuse to work as hard as they can, and there is only so much I can do! They don't fear death; they say that they shall die anyway!"
"Don't make them work, commissar," said the Colonel. "What they say is indeed true. We shall all die at this outpost. Perhaps they shall spare us if we surrender!" "WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?!?"  Screamed Jaxon. "That is the most traitorous thing I have ever heard! Well, if death's coming so soon, you wont mind this will you?" and Jaxon shot him. The Colonel was dead before he started to fall backwards.

The Brrean Plateux

Deamon prince Grasnick could not believe how things had turned out. By simply messing with the colonel's mind and making him want to surrender, the commissar had shot the commander dead. Without their leader, the commissar would take the reins and probably shoot every single mortal slave. "Lucien," Grasnik said, "My plan hassss ssssssucceeded. They have losssst their tolerant commander and now have a hot- headed comissssssar. Now isssss the time for your spellssss of fear. Ssspread them acrosssss the wallsssss of the weakling'sssssss fortresssssss. The comissssssar will kill nearly all of them. Then blow the fortresssss wallssss." "Yes, master," Lucien replied.

The Imperial Outpost

An unnatural fear spread through the defenders. All the guardsmen except for Jaxon curled up into little balls and whimpered. "Get a hold on yourselvces, men!" cried Jaxon. "You shall get what you deserve." With that he grabbed a soldier's lasgun, set it to full auto, and raked it across the cowards. Soldiers screamed as they died. Only when the last coward was dead did Jaxon realize what he had done. He had killed every one of the men. Suddenly, with a burst of psychic energy, the wall exploded. A monstrous deamon with huge wings flew up to him. Jaxon dropped to his knees and felt nauseous. "What have I done?" he moaned to no one in particular. "Doomed yoursssself." Said the horrible deamon. A bolt of lightning from his hellish eyes transformed Jaxon into a gibbering drooling, spawn. "VICTORY!!!!" shouted Grasnick. "ON TO THE CITY! THERE ARE COUNTLESS CIVILIANS TO SLAY! THEY SHALL BE CRUSHED!"
