Thanks to Alex Gregg for this.
For unknown reasons, N'dras was abandoned by the ethereals about 50 years ago. Leaving a few, stubborn warriors to fend off the waves of Imperial warriors entering the Tau Empire. These few were brave, as one could say; braver than the greatest commander or weakest fire warrior. For that, we salute them.
- Shas'ui Gre, Bor'kan fire warrior.
After being abandoned by the Tau, the warrios left on N'dras learned to fight hand-to-hand, rather that relying on their guns.

Well, the Codex says that N\'dras was abandonated by the Tau (in general term) and few stayed back. I don\'t even think that this few could be a powerful force... :S

Because this army has no drawbacks at all apart from unit limitations, I think that fire warriors from a Sah\'iro army should cost an extra 2 points, but only when fighting marines. Keep the WS but get rid of all the other stat upgrades. I like the idea of preferred enemy and stubborn quite a lot.

1 WS in made obsolete by the Preferred Enemy rule. 1 T is just wierd, how does fighting your preferred foe increase your toughness? The other 2 things are good, and stubborn is a good idea. A bit like SM chapter traits, but with Tau septs!

The Ethereals had never abandoned a Tau planet. 1 S and 1 T when fighting against SM? Why? One thing I can deduct of this Cadre, is that you hate SM. :P
