Thanks to Loch Ness Jellly for this.

In a most cities, a certain section is selected to be the industrial area. This area would have many exhaustion pipes to let off gases and fumes. Or they could be used as pipes leading to the outer region of the city.

What You Will Need

Hint: If you can't find any empty bullet shells in your house, go to your local gun range, their should be tons littered on the ground! If your lucky, the gun range will have metal coloured shells which won't need to be painted!

Who lives near a gun range? It doesn\'t even look that good, no offence. Also, change your bases, they look too square

It is far to plain and there is little information at all. It is basically common sense.

You could just drill a bunch of holes into a length of pvc pipe add some gears around it... boom!

Try making the base sloped, so it looks natural, rather than a giant square.

Also, water down your white paint, then paint multiple layers.
