Razor Wire

Thanks to MesseR II for this

Ok Listen up. Here's an easy and effective way to make razor wire that isn't extremely time consuming.

Supplies:

Instructions:

(Test piece) Cut about 6 inches (15.5 cm) of the larger wire.

Now get a good length of the smaller wire (about 12 inches [30.5 cm])

Wrap the smaller wire around one end of the thick wire then super-glue it

*Wait until the glue is dry*

Now start wrapping the small wire around the large one until the end.

Wrap it around the end now and super-glue it

*Wait until the glue is dry*

Now you have a length of wire that has the patter of a candy-cane.

The smaller wire is swirling all around the larger one.

Now grab the marker and start wrapping the razor wire around it until it is all wrapped around the marker.

Now slid it off the end and we're ready for painting! A good colour scheme is to spray/prime it black and then do a nice drybrush of boltgun metal. Now after that's all dry do an even thinner drybrush of Mithril Silver or Chainmail. This will bring out the colour a bit and it makes an excellent effect.
