Thanks to Hanging Dragon for this
Almost a must on any battlefield, ruins make excellent cover for both infantry and vehicles. Simple to mass produce they are often the first thing made.
You will need:
Cut out a variety of wall shapes and glue them on a base. You can make any combination, I prefer to make building corners as they are most likely to be standing on a ruin and corners can be used with other corners to fill out whole areas that form a ruined building.
Once you have the basic structure built you paint the walls with textured paint and the base with green. Add a few small add-ons to flesh out the piece, like gravel in the corners and some moss. Try dry brushing the broken wall edges with pale grey or white paint. Flock the base and your done.
Picture Notes:

Ruins 1 - a small collection of ruins can really fill out the battlefield.

Ruins 2 - debris really makes ruins look good, this debris is made from chunks of foam core card and gravel covered in textured paint and dry brushed white. Small amounts of course green flock were added to make it look mossy.
